1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content (instant access, non-returnable), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products purchased on Silver-Hive, except in cases where:

  • The product was not delivered to you due to a technical error on our side.

  • A refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.

By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Non-Delivery Only)

To request a refund for an undelivered product:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, transaction ID, or email confirmation).

We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, process your refund within 14 business days using your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Failure to download or access the product due to user error (e.g., incorrect email, spam/junk folder issues).

  • Dissatisfaction with product quality or content.

  • Requests made outside the 7-day window for undelivered products.
